We’re looking for nurturing, vibrant people to run our ballet program throughout Australia!
You must have a background in dance, including ballet, and LOVE children 
Previous teaching experience is a bonus, but not essential as we provide extensive training.
FLEXIBILITY
As a Fairy Footsteps licensee you work under your own ABN and have complete control over when and how your run your classes. Such flexibility is perfect for parents, students, dance teachers working elsewhere, studio owners, or anyone wanting to work around their existing commitments and schedule.
YOU CONTROL YOUR OWN SUCCESS- but we’re here to help!
When you become a Fairy Footsteps licensee, you’re provided with everything you need to start offering your own classes as soon as possible. Included in the initial license fee is the complete syllabus for four (4) age levels (ages 2 to 6 years), full of activities and exercises that have been developed and refined over our 10 years of operation- we know they work!
You’ll also have access to the music required for the classes, a teaching kit full of beautiful props and equipment, and receive training and support in setting up and operating your business. We want to make running your own Fairy Footsteps classes as easy as possible for you, and we will support you every step of the way!
WE PROVIDE YOU WITH:
- The syllabus for four age levels: This covers children aged 2 to 6 years.
- The equipment required for classes: the rental of your “Initial Teaching Kit” is included
- Your own exclusive area: you can run as many classes as you wish and no one else can operate within your area.
- Extensive training and ongoing help with setting up and running your classes: We’ll help you with everything you need to do to get started…from obtaining an ABN and insurance, to marketing, and the setup of systems and processes.
- Access to Music: You will have access to the music required for the classes.
- Your own website listing: You’ll have your own page on our website to direct your customers to.
- Initial marketing toolkit and branding guide: Including ready-made resources & signage, as well as logos for your own marketing.
- Promotion on our social media pages: We will share and promote your classes on all our platforms. We will also help you set up your own social media pages if you wish!
- Licensee discount: You’ll be given your own unique code to receive a a 20% discount off all items in our Boutique, including props & equipment.
- Administration guide: We’ll make your admin easier by providing templates for anything we can…emails, lesson plans, newsletters, attendance records!
- Access to our network: You’ll become a member of our private network of licensees! This is great for sharing ideas and providing support to one another.
- Ongoing love and support from us! As well as always being only a phone call away, we will send you a monthly newsletter, and regular tips and hints to help with your business development and marketing solutions!
YOU WILL NEED (or be willing to get):
– A drivers licence
– A WWC for your state
– An ABN
– To be over 18 years of age
Our team of licensees are vital to our success! They are the face of our business, and as such must have the genuine desire to make your students’ dance journey a magical one. At Fairy Footsteps, our main aim is to bring joy to our students’ lives- we want them to love you, love their class, and love ballet!
